Who we’re looking for:Role:
Carrying out, thriving and expanding UX research following the strategy discipline for projects from different sectors.
Creating and mapping user experience objectives for projects and leading the explanation of all concepts in the UX design process.
Creating original research presentations and information architectures needed by the project. Making suggestions for design.
Analyzing user profiles, creating personas, developing basic user scenarios, generating UX hypotheses.
Reviewing, analyzing, interpreting findings and communicating effectively with project stakeholders.
Creating prototypes for UX research presentations through design tools such as Figma.
Adapting independent and flexible research methods to meet client needs.
Generating actionable tactics and strategic insights.
Knowing the entire life cycle of product development processes and creating suggestions that will enable them to improve.
Mentoring other team members to involve them in user research.
Experience:Ability to conduct in-depth interviews for project needs and determine the direction of the project.
Ability to create UX Concepts and prototypes through Figma.
Ability to articulate challenges clearly and impressive communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to set detail-oriented timing goals and achieve measurable results.
To be able to work in a fun, sincere and strong team spirit.
Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in UX research.
Portfolio of previous UX research work.
Acquired license, certificate or training in this field.
